The research peptide market includes suppliers with widely varying testing standards. Here are
the questions we think every lab should ask before ordering.
Questions to Ask Any Supplier
- Is every batch independently tested, or only occasionally spot-checked?
- Does the COA match the specific lot you’re receiving?
- What testing methods are used — HPLC only, or HPLC plus MS identity confirmation?
- How is the product shipped and stored in transit?
Transparency on these points is a reasonable baseline for any supplier claiming “research
grade” material.
